I forgot my password, what do I do?
On the login page, scroll down and click on the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter your email address and click "Send". Your password will be emailed to you. You can then change your password using the "My Profile" page which is accessible once you have logged in.
How do I print plans?
Since plans may be printed on different size paper, you'll need to select the best printing method based on the document and your printing needs. For most plans, you'll need to print the image in landscape mode. Land Court Plans should be printed in portrait mode
Why do I get blank pages or just an enlarged corner of the document when I try to print?
Make sure that you are using a newer browser such as Internet Explorer 8, Firefox 3, or Safari 4. Some features of printing are not compatible with older browsers. If you are seeing blank pages, try changing the margin settings in your browser and print settings to the default.
Why is there a box to check on the Purchased Images page?
Sometimes users make multiple purchases during one session. To prevent purchased images from printing a second time, they are kept hidden in purchased images. If you need to reprint the page during the session, you may do so by checking the box next to "Show already printed".
My credit card has been rejected, what should I do?
Check the expiration date on the card, and be sure to enter the correct security code.
How do I update my personal information and/or credit card information?
Once you log in, go to "My Profile". On this page, you will be able to change your password, update your personal information, and update your credit card information.
